We want to break the traditional hotels/resorts language and introduce a new timeless landmark property in Nha Trang City. This property stands on a mountain or hillside, which gives out a very unique view where other properties do not have and also an advantage of the slope which none of the villa block each other villas view. We introduce a 3 simple materials as our core concept, which is Travertine, Glass, and Black Roof Material. We visualize that Travertine stone will change its’ color by reflecting the sunlight throughout the day. Timeless in this aspect is how the project presents itself through the moment of time.
