Tatsumi Japanese Cuisine managed by the same owner with Ping’s Hot Pot. The restaurant drives out from the owner passion of Japanese food and Japanese novel. K.Jacky has passion of this restaurant to be like an journey to a different island or place.

JYAC Architects and our team approach the design with a modern Japanese style with an Japanese handicraft, handcraft, and graphic. We try to create an cruise-old-Japanese-ship-like design. We are not pursue Zen philosophy for this project but more rough and tradition Japanese fisherman life. We designed graphic which mimic this restaurant story with old book/novel style. Tatsumi is a restaurant that contains 1st-class chef/food and a traditional fisherman ship atmosphere.
